Psychedelic Integration

I offer preparation and integration support to optimise people’s psychedelic experiences so that it enhances their lives in a lasting and positive way.

There is an ever growing body of research that illustrates the long lasting effectiveness of psychedelic assisted therapy to treat anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder and addiction, as well as lessen end of life anxiety, and enhance connection, wellbeing and spiritual realisation*.

A key component of the success of psychedelic medicines to bring about long lasting change is being able to make sense of the experience in a way that enables people to realise the role their inner healing intelligence plays in their day to day life.

As well as being trained as a certified psychedelic assisted therapist, I draw on my personal experience with psychedelics and my grounding in non-duality and the 3 Principles to support people to integrate their experience with better understanding their innate health and inner guidance system. Psychedelic experiences tend to be intense and can be frightening and debilitating if there is not the opportunity to explore and understand them. I am familiar with using IFS (internal family system or parts work), somatic therapy and breath work to support integration.

The number of preparation or integration sessions required varies from person to person. In research studies, clients tend to have at least 2 preparation sessions and 4-9 integration sessions.

Sessions take place online or in person (in person sessions include opportunity to spend time in the field of possibility, swim in wildlife pool and take a sauna).

Cost for 1.5 hour session is £150

The use of psychedelic substances is currently illegal in the UK. Please do not contact me with requests for illegal psychedelic assisted work. I offer preparation and integration support only. I do not support or encourage the use of illicit substances in unregulated and illegal frameworks.
